Welcome to Huewise. By accessing or using our website, AI color analysis engine, Item Checker shopping copilot, or digital wardrobe platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By creating an account or utilizing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the **Indian Contract Act, 1872**.
2. Service Description & AI Advisory Disclaimer
Huewise provides algorithmic color analysis, seasonal classification, and e-commerce shopping compatibility evaluations.
Important Consumer Disclaimer:
Style recommendations, BUY/SKIP verdicts, and color flattery scores are automated digital advisory tools based on mathematical colorimetry. Variations in screen calibration, phone camera sensors, fabric lighting, or dye batches by third-party retailers (e.g. Myntra, Zara, Fabindia) may slightly alter real-world appearance. Huewise does not manufacture or sell physical garments.
3. Plans, Event Passes & Razorpay Billing
- Free Tier: Includes 1 initial Style DNA profile, seasonal palette, and 3 complimentary item checks.
- 48-Hour Event Pass (₹99): Non-recurring pass granting 48 hours of unlimited item checks and event outfit matching.
- Plus Monthly (₹299/mo) & Annual (₹2,499/yr): Auto-renewing or pre-paid digital subscription providing unlimited checks, full color fan, and priority WhatsApp styling.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are executed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay Software Private Limited. Taxes (including 18% GST where applicable) are clearly shown at checkout.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Acts
You agree not to upload:
- Photographs of individuals without their explicit authorization.
- Obscene, offensive, or infringing visual media.
- Malicious code, automated scrapers, or reverse-engineering payloads designed to replicate the Huewise proprietary CIELAB algorithm.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, algorithms, UI designs, codebases, and color synthesis engines are the exclusive intellectual property of Huewise Private Limited. You retain full ownership of your personal photographs and wardrobe images.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Huewise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from purchase decisions made on external e-commerce platforms. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India**.
